Design/Build (1) 76,877 square foot loading dock building, (1) 17,359 square foot two-story administration building, (1) 21,838 square foot truck repair and maintenance building, and (1) 8,640 square foot fuel island. Complete site build-out of 2,048,000 square feet of asphalt and concrete paving.
