Jacmar Food Distribution

The Jacmar Food Distribution Facility is a, 93,454 square foot build to suite distribution and office facility, with all the entities of a Class “A” facility.
The shell of the building is designed with concrete tilt up walls while the office mezzanine area is framed with large 12in tube steel columns. The roof structure is comprised of open web steel trusses and topped with a state of the art cool roof system.
