Yankee Hill consists of five light industrial concrete tilt up buildings. The five building contain an collection of five-thousand and ten-thousand square foot spaces. The Buildings are comprised of eight-inch thick concrete tilt-up panels with interior structural steel columns. Open web steel joists and girders frame the roof structure while intermediate sub-purlins support the built-up roofing and mineral cap sheet.
