Coastal/KMS Commerce Center On-Site/Off-Site Infrastructure Improvements
Location: Roseville
Project Manager:
Work to include improvements to a 40+ Acre Parcel in North Roseville located between Industrial Avenue and Washington Blvd near Pleasant Grove Blvd. Improvements include Grading, Underground Utilities, Concrete, Site Lighting, A.C. Paving and Landscaping. Improvements will also be made to existing roadways, pedestrian access and utilities serving both Industrial Blvd and Washington Avenue. The improvements noted will support the development of a light industrial / single story office commerce center. Of special note, the design team is researching and will implement into the project design the greatest practical level of “Low Impact” environmental measures.
