Sunstate Rentals to occupy a 3.86 Acre (Net) and will site a Single-Story Concrete Tilt-Up Rental/Sales office with Equipment Service Bays and Utility Yard area for Material and Equipment storage. Fuel Island (Gas, Diesel and Propane) and Equipment Wash Bay.
Site Improvements: Concrete Curbs and Sidewalks, Site Lighting, A.C. Paving and Landscaping.
Utility Yard: Paved yard area with Fueling Islands [Diesel, Gas and Propane] and Vehicle Wash Bay.
Structure: Single-Story Concrete Tilt-Up construction with both an Office/Sales area and Equipment Service Bays.
