Mather Spec Office Building
Design/build of a 33,000 square foot, Class “A”, spec office space located in the Mather Business Park. The two story grand lobby entrance and core improvements facilitate the efficient use of the space for multiple tenants. The exterior of the building is highlighted by its pronounced copper-tone mansard roof, stone clad columns and entrance canopy. The stamped and colored concrete walkways provide uniformity between the site and the building. During shell construction the building was fully leased allowing simultaneous construction of the tenant improvements and shell completion. The second floor of the building was leased by a local law firm who took Class “A” to a whole new level selecting the absolute highest quality of finishes available creating a very modern feel to there space. The first floor was leased by a Home Builder and Mortgage Company who felt the need to provide there employees with a warm and friendly Class “A” office space utilizing neutral colors, waterfalls, and gathering areas. These spaces contain entities such as plan rooms, break/lunch rooms, copy room, executive offices and spacious waiting areas. Navigator Training Building / National Guard Office
This 30,000 square foot building was originally utilized by the United States Air Force to train navigators at the Mather Air Force Base. A complete remodel was required to convert this building to a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant office building. Approximately 12,000 square feet of recessed computer flooring was demolished, in filled, and replaced with new concrete. Exterior windows were installed around the entire perimeter of the building by saw-cutting through the existing eight inch concrete walls then reinforced with structural steel. Entirely new electrical and fire suppression systems were installed to bring the building up to current building code requirements. Metal stud furring covered by a 3 coat stucco system, along with stone clad columns at the enhanced entrances completes the building’s exterior make over. Upon completion of the shell remodel, we constructed new tenant improvements for the National Guard which occupied the entire 30,000 square foot building. The National Guard required a sophisticated multi-level security access system. This high-tech security system controls, monitors and documents the user’s access to the individual spaces with the use of electronic card readers. A high level of finish, including a substantial amount of custom millwork, a level five smooth wall system, finished with a myriad of eye catching accent paints, clearly categorize this State Facility as Class “A” office space. ... Reynen and Bardis Office Headquarters
This design/build, 33,000 square foot, two story Class “A’ office building is located in Mather, California. Some of the unique characteristics of this building include stone clad columns around the exterior of the building with stamped and colored concrete walkways. The copper-tone metal mansard roof accentuates the main entry and also acts as the mechanical well. The full height entry lobby, featuring recessed indirect soffit lighting, is equipped with an imported Italian marble tile floor and has a built-in aquarium. The exposed stairway incorporates an ornamental steel railing, which leads to the balcony overlooking the grand lobby. The large conference room has an operable wall system with perimeter soffit framing, which is trimmed by cherry wood crown molding. The executive offices also feature perimeter soffit framing, trimmed with cherry wood crown molding, highlighted with natural cherry wall paneling, and hardwood wood flooring. ... [more]

KMS Derek Place, LP
Located in the heart of Roseville California, this design-build project utilizes the building design and orientation to accentuate the natural surroundings by leaving large native Heritage Oak trees, adjacent wet lands and a riparian creek undisturbed. Additionally, constructing the building on a sloped geographical location created a unique bi-level ground floor design element. The built-to-suit project consists of 11,393 square feet of two-story, Class “A” Office space along with 7,895 square feet of warehouse area. A pervious concrete drive isle was placed under the canopy of a large native Heritage Oak tree allowing the roots of the tree to continue to receive water and oxygen. Structural steel columns with integrated metal stud wall framing provide the structure with a strong and rigid support system. A structurally engineered retaining wall designed to resist lateral earth pressure is located at the center of the building allowing for the bi-level system to be achieved. The exterior of the building is highlighted by its metal mansard roof, steel stair case, main entrance canopy, slate building corners and earth tone color pallet. The main entrance of the building showcases a two story entry lobby with an ultra modern steel cable stair rail system. The bottom floor consists of stained concrete floors and a one-of-a-kind, poured-in-place concrete conference table, with Class “A” executive offices.
